Terms of Service

1. Accounts and authorized access

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that people you invite are authorized to access the relevant projects. Do not attempt to access another organization's data or bypass access controls.

2. Your field data

You retain ownership of the field boundaries, sampling data, notes, logos, and other material you upload. You grant PrizmForge LLC permission to store, process, and display this material as needed to operate the service and share it with your authorized project members.

Only upload material you have the right to use and share. Your organization controls project membership and is responsible for its own data-sharing decisions.

3. Sampling plans and professional judgment

Generated zones and sample locations are user-configured planning output, not agronomic recommendations. An agronomist must review plans before use. Verify coordinates, boundaries, soil-survey information, and actual field conditions before relying on a plan.

PrizmTerra does not guarantee sampling accuracy, crop results, field accessibility, or the completeness of third-party mapping and soil information. You remain responsible for safe field operations and compliance with applicable laws.

4. Plans and subscriptions

Available plans, prices, and subcontractor limits are presented when you select a subscription. Billing is managed through the PrizmForge Customer Portal; review the payment and cancellation terms shown there before purchasing.

When a trial or subscription lapses, organization data remains visible in read-only mode and changes may be restricted. Subscription access is subject to the selected plan's limits.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, upload malicious material, interfere with its operation, impersonate others, or share data without authorization. Access may be restricted where necessary to address misuse or protect other users.

6. Availability and limitations

The service and third-party data are provided as available. Interruptions, errors, and changes may occur. To the extent permitted by law, PrizmForge LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The current version and its update date will be available on this page. Review updated terms before continuing to use the service.
